Nothing says "T.G.I.F." like an early morning bike ride.
Ditmas Park residents can come together to , an even that is both social and healthy, according to Julie May, the organizer of the Ditmas Park leg of the trip.
"I ride to work everyday," May said, noting that she usually travels with coworkers.
"This is a big, city-wide effort to get some people out riding. We'll be with a group, so we'll be more visible and go slower. For people new to riding, it's a welcoming learning experience."
The group will meet at 7:30 a.m. starting on Cortelyou Road at Argyle Road and head to Prospect Park.
"We'll go up the hill and around slightly to exist at Grand Army Plaza," she said. "That hill is unavoidable."
