Man Arrested for East 23rd Street Murder
Justin Sarkodie has been charged with the murder of Nestor Farrell.
Police have arrested 21-year-old Justin Sarkodie of Ocean Avenue for the murder of 28-year-old Nestor Farrell.
At approximately 11:16 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19 police responded to a 911 call of a man shot on East 23rd Street near Stephens Court. When police arrived, they found Farrell with a gunshot wound to the body.

EMS also responded and pronounced Farrell dead on the scene.
Sarkodie has been charged with with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
