Volunteer at the Flatbush Reformed Church This Thanksgiving

If you're looking for a way to give back to the community this Thanksgiving, consider helping out at the Flatbush Reformed Church's Annual Thanksgiving Dinner. It's on Thursday, November 24 at 1pm, and Reverend Dan Ramm says anyone is welcome and encouraged to come by.

The church is at 890 Flatbush Ave at Church Ave, and the dinner will be in the newly-renovated church auditorium, which is set back behind the church.

And if you're available on Wednesdays, the church operates a soup kitchen at noon. They're not open this Wednesday because of the big Thanksgiving meal the next day, but they'll be back next week, and could always use an extra pair of helping hands.
