Brooklyn saw record rainfall yesterday--JFK recorded 7.8 inches, the most ever for a single day--which means a lot of water causing a lot of problems. I saw some mammoth puddles that are still trying to drain, which will be tough since it's supposed to rain some today, but that's only the beginning.
