One downside to spring is that all these gorgeous new leaves and tree blossoms start falling, plugging up storm drains, which then creates enormous puddles like this one on the corner of Argyle and Glenwood. It seems like all it would take is someone to push the accumulation off the drain, but instead you have to wait for it to dry up (or, you can try calling 311)--I'm not even sure that a street cleaner could fix this particular corner.
Anyone have any good experience with contacting 311 about a backed up storm drain?
