Johnathan Judge Running for Office

Johnathan Judge of the Community Board 14 has just announced that he's running for City Council in the special election in the 44th District (vacated by Simcha Felder). We'd like to wish him all the success - while at CB14, Johnathan has been excellent in quickly providing help and getting answers to every question we have ever asked, and will be missed. Here is why he's running:

"My neighbors and I have been deeply concerned about the direction in which our city and community is heading. Too many of our representatives in City Hall have stopped listening to the people on many key issues. These tough times require constant vigilance and someone who knows how city government works to keep our district running at its best for everyone. It is time for a true public servant to step up for the people of our district. My experience working in government and with our diverse community over the better part of the last decade would be a tremendous asset to our community as our City Council Member. Therefore, after much consideration and many kind phone calls and emails, I have decided to seek election to the New York City Council in the 44th District. "
