The Flatbush Development Corporation Annual House Tour (scheduled for Sunday, June 12) is a fun look inside the historic homes of the neighborhood, but it relies on the participation of neighbors who are generous enough to open their homes. Consider adding yours to the tour!

The Flatbush Development Corp. Annual House Tour is fast approaching and is accepting homes for viewing on the tour.
The house tour showcases your beautiful Victorian homes and acquaints the public with the history of this wonderful neighborhood that lies hidden in Brooklyn.


The tour is an exciting event that adds value to and appreciation of this gem of ours.


Your home can and should be on the tour.
Show off of all that hard work you’ve done to make a haven for yourself and enhance this wonderful neighborhood.

The tour is scheduled for June 12th, 1pm-6pm.
House sitters will be provided by FDC and will be present at all times.
It is possible to block off parts of your home – ie only downstairs open to viewing.


The house tour is one of FDC’s signature fundraisers.
All monies raised go towards funding FDC’s youth, housing and economic development programs.
