Fatal Shooting Sunday Morning

Police have identified a man that was killed over the weekend on East 21st Street. On Sunday, August 7, at about 3am, police responded to a 911 call that a man had been shot at the corner of East 21st and Church Avenue. When police arrived they found that the victim, 25-year-old Amadou Bah of Flatbush Avenue, had been shot twice in the lower torso. EMS also responded, and they transported Bah to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

There have been no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing. The 70th Precinct has not provided any further details about whether there are any suspects.

About a month ago, two men were shot nearby on Albemarle at East 18th Street.

And just last week, the 70th celebrated a "night out against crime" at the Parade Grounds.
