Authorities on Rubin Case Decline Help from Feds

Investigators searching for Josh Rubin's suspected killers have turned down an offer from the FBI to assist in the hunt.

And FBI spokeswoman confirmed for the Brooklyn Paper that they had been willing to lend a hand in helping track down the men suspected of killing Rubin, but authorities in Lehigh County declined the additional resources.

One official from Lehigh County told the paper the NYPD is assisting in finding of murdering the cafe owner, who went missing on October 31 and whose body was found murdered on a South Whitehall road in November. The NYPD would not confirm their involvement in the case.
