'Boardwalk Empire' Set to Film Again in Ditmas Park

The award-winning HBO series “Boardwalk Empire” will be filming scenes for its upcoming fourth season in Ditmas Park this Monday, June 24.

The production team will be filming interior and exterior scenes in the neighborhood from approximately 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., according to a letter distributed by the show’s Locations Department.

The department urges residents to hold parking for production vehicles on Sunday, June 23. Tow trucks will arrive on Monday at 6 a.m. to relocate remaining cars. There will be no penalty to owners of relocated cars.

"We urge you to pay attention to the signs to avoid any inconvenience," the letter says. "This is the same program that is used for parades and other public events throughout the city."

Streets affected include:
-Ocean Ave. btw Dorchester Rd. and Cortelyou Rd., east side 
-E 18th St. btw Dorchester Rd and Ditmas Ave., both sides
-E 19th St. btw Dorchester Rd and Ditmas Ave., 1/3 block closer to Dorchester Rd.
-Dorchester Rd. btw E 19th St. and E 18th St., south side
-Ditmas Ave. btw E 19th St. and E 18th St., 1/4 block south side closer to E 18th St.
-E 19th St. btw Dorchester Rd. and Ditmas Ave., 1/4 block closer to Ditmas Ave.
