Residents in Ditmas Park are holding a yard sale this Sunday.
There will be kids clothing, specifically boys' sizes 3 to 4 and girls' sizes 4 to 6, as well as adult clothing, toys and furniture.
Even if you're not looking to stock up on clothing or the other items offered, drop by for a glass of lemonade as there will be a stand manned by the local kiddies.
The yard sale will take place at 391 Marlborough Road.
