Fall session at Namaste Yoga of Kensington (482 Coney Island Ave. #2, corner of Church Ave.)* Use the red stairs and red door.  The B35 bus stops right in front of the building.

For moms, dads, caregivers and children up to 3 years old!  This class will incorporate traditional poses for the adults while adding in songs and games for the children who wish to participate. Children’s activities will help to develop skills such as coordination, balance, and independence. This will be a fun, unique and laid-back experience.  All levels welcome!

Age: Babies and children up to age 3

 

Day: Wednesdays, October 30-Dec. 18th (there will be class the day before Thanksgiving)

 

Time: 10:15am-11:15am

 

Cost:  5-class card: $80 ($16 per class)

            3-class card: $51 ($17 per class)

            Drop-in: $18

Forms of payment accepted: cash, credit card (through PayPal) or money   order.

 

Spouses, partners, and caregivers can share one class card.

About the instructor: Gina has been practicing yoga since 2001, when she took her first class at her college gym.  In 2008, she completed YogaWorks 200-hr. teacher training, and Karma Kids children’s training.  Gina owns Yoga Matters, a sole proprietorship.  She enjoys teaching people of all ages, and believes that yoga is for anyone, regardless of ability.  Gina has taught in studios, at summer camp, after-school programs, and in churches, parks, and gyms. She is mom to a 10-month old son, a little yogi who loves to smile and will be joining the class.

 

*Entrance is on Church Ave. Please use the red stairs and red door.  It is recommended to use a baby carrier or lightweight stroller rather than a heavy stroller.
